The KWS team will approach these targets discreetly to ascertain their interest. At this stage your identity is not disclosed and if there is no interest contact will not continue.
KWS will collect detailed information based on your requirements and begin to build a relationship with the target on your behalf. We will subsequently arrange and attend meetings between you and the target companies.
We are experienced in providing support throughout the acquisition or merger process and are happy to act as project manager in the later stages with a view to facilitating successful deal completion.
