At KWS we appreciate that confidentiality can be a serious and understandable concern if you are considering selling your business.
Your initial contact with KWS is on a completely confidential basis. We will often meet clients away from their businesses; at home or in the lounge area of a hotel for example. At this stage, we will also agree the best method of contact – perhaps via a mobile telephone or private email address.
When it comes to marketing your business KWS use a process which is designed to protect confidentiality. Ultimately it will be necessary to provide sensitive details in order to affect a sale but we will do all we can to protect you and your business.
Before we release the name of your business to any potential buyers we ensure that we obtain a signed, legally binding confidentiality agreement.
Confidential information will not be released without your prior approval and KWS will ensure that you are aware of and happy with all parties interested in obtaining more information about your company.
