KWS was established in 2002 by Russell Veitch and Daniel Welling.
Prior to forming the company Russell and Daniel ran a successful Independent Financial Advisory practice which specialised in assisting business owners to maximize their personal wealth and protect their businesses.
The experience of working with companies in a diverse range of sectors enabled Russell and Daniel to understand the pressures and issues facing business owners, especially when planning their exit.
Throughout their time as Independent Financial Advisors Russell and Daniel witnessed several failed business sales and it was their belief that a structured and proactive approach was needed.
The KWS team is committed to spending time with our clients to understand their objectives and work alongside business owners at every stage of the sales process.

Russell Veitch, Managing Director
On leaving school Russell took an apprenticeship and obtained a HNC in Mechanical Engineering in 1964. He then spent a time working for British Aerospace, before starting his own engineering company specialising in metal fabrication and general machining. After 18 years working in the engineering sector Russell decided that it was time for a fresh challenge and went to work in the financial sector in 1989.
Russell worked for several financial services establishments, including Barclays and Lincoln and before setting up in business as an IFA in 1998 where he was able to utilise his well developed network of contacts and past clients, many of whom are business owners that he is still in contact with today.
Russell's new business gradually developed beyond the provision of financial advice and in 2002 the decision was taken to focus solely on the business sales sector.
Following the move into the business sales sector, Russell continues to be the first point of contact for clients, using his extensive experience and knowledge to understand the business and ascertain the best solution for exit.

Jack West - Non Executive Director
Jack has been the CEO of a number of international companies and has sector experience in Offshore Oil and Gas, Commercial Marine, Defence, Manufacturing and Recretional Sports.
Jack has also been involved with private equity backed business, orgainsed a number of MBO/MBI's and now owns a number of small service and manufacturing businesses.

Paul Bryant - Chairman
Paul trained and qualified with Grant Thornton. After a period in industry Paul set up as a sole practictioner advising businesses. In 1982 he almalgamated his business with Plumber Parsons and is now a senior partner in the firm. Paul works very closely with his clients providing on going business advice - regularly in connection with aquisitions and financial planning.
Paul has a long standing relationship with Russell and Jack and brings his wide business and accounting expertise to KWS and their clients.
