Russell has a background in mechanical engineering, sales and marketing. He qualified as an engineer in the 1960’s and has run his own businesses for over 34 years founding the current business KWS in the mid 1990’s.
Russell started his career at Dennis Brothers' commercial vehicle manufacturers then moved on to British Aerospace. From there he moved into production management in hydraulic and electronic manufacturing before starting the first of his two engineering companies producing and selling computer controlled equipment for applications in the machine tool industry. Russell formed KWS originally as a financial services company working with business owners before focus shifted, some five years ago, to helping clients to prepare and sell their businesses.
His main role with KWS is helping to develop the business and generating the future sales for the company.
