Paul is an experienced professional chartered accountant with an in-depth knowledge of the financial requirements of small to medium sized businesses.
After qualifying as Chartered Accountant Paul spent time building up experience in industry before starting his own accounting practice in East Sussex. He later merged this with the 8 partners of Plummer Parsons enabling the combined entity to offer a comprehensive range of client services. During his 25 years with Plummer Parsons it became one of the leading accountancy practices in East Sussex.
Paul‘s specialisation is working with shareholders and managers of small and medium sized businesses to develop financial and commercial strategy. Paul has experience of supporting his clients through good times and bad where his financial abilities and banking relationships have enabled clients to get though the turbulent periods that most businesses experience.
Having worked with many of his clients from business start up on to growth and finally a successful sale of the business, Paul has invaluable experience in business development and achievement.

Paul's wider interests are as a founder member of a successful local youth theatre group which has successfully iintroduced hundreds of young people to the theatrical arts. The group currently has more than one hundred young members active in the theatre.
